Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What is energy medicine?

Good question! Energy medicine (energy healing, energy work, etc.) is a branch of complementary medicine that focuses on practitioner or healer using universal energy or prana (earth energy) as a mode of healing. It is the belief that the body attributes sickness and pain to a weakened life force due to trauma, injury, and everyday stress. Energy medicine assists in the promotion of a well-balanced and healthy flow of the energy systems such as the Hara, energy centers (chakras), meridians and bio-field (energy field or aura.) This all, in turn, encourages calm, comfort, clarity, and an overall sense of well-being on the physical level.

The general technique in the practice of energy medicine is a hands-on treatment . The practitioner’s hand rests on or slightly above the body over these energy systems or the area of pain or discomfort.

How does your service benefit me?

Energy medicine works! I believe energy medicine is the future. We are steadily moving toward a health care that will advocate self-awareness and self-healing of the total body. Today, energy medicine is slowly integrating with traditional medicine. It is giving people the alternative perspective of how they see themselves as a patient.

More and more people are searching out a health care practice that is personal, alternative, and/or complementary to their traditional care and treatment. I provide this service as an energy medicine practitioner with gentle, loving, and compassionate care of the heart. We will work together as a team to promote a fulfilling life.

Is this an alternative for current health services?

No. We advise using energy medicine in conjunction with your current health services to ensure the best results.
