The overall session will consist of an initial one-on-one intake regarding the purpose of your visit. If you are new to energy treatments, I will give a short explanation of what to expect from me and the treatment itself. I work intuitively, so I sometimes will give a mix of Reiki, healing touch, and other various modalities as needed for each person’s unique healing needs. The table treatment consists of the client lying fully clothed on a massage table. With permission from you, I will then lay my hands gently above and on your body. This is done in a quiet, relaxing setting with soft, meditative music playing in the background. After the treatment, I will hold a de-briefing session at the end, where you will have the opportunity to discuss your experience of the treatment and ask questions.

I prefer the simplicity of my hands and intuition. I find this works best for me as a practitioner and, therefore, to be of better service to my clients.
